On behalf of Anticimex Innovation Center, Asgaard Recruitment is looking for an experienced Test Manager to strengthen and mature the testing function across a growing portfolio of connected IoT products.

Based in Bagsværd, Anticimex Innovation Center develops next-generation solutions used internationally. This role is a key hire in the journey to build stronger internal capabilities and reduce dependency on external consultants in critical testing roles.

The rol

eAs Test Manager, you will take ownership of test strategy, planning, and coordination across projects and maintenance releases. You will ensure that testing is structured, relevant, and aligned with both technical requirements and business needs

.You will work across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical domains, collaborating closely with testers, project managers, Quality, Production, and engineering teams. You will play a central role in ensuring that releases are field-ready and supported by the right test activities

.This role requires someone who can challenge stakeholders when quality risks are not properly addressed and ensure that critical issues are not ignored in release decisions

It is an advantage if you bring ISTQB Test Manager (Advanced Level) certification or similar knowledge, along with experience in field testing and end-to-end IoT validation. Knowledge of wireless technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi, or LTE, as well as Danish language skills, are also considered a

plus.
