What you'll be doing
• Developing high-performance SAP systems and implementing business requirements into technical solutions
• Designing technical architectures from microservices to cloud infrastructures with a focus on scalability
• Ensuring software quality through early vulnerability detection and continuous performance optimization
• Modernizing the technological landscape by applying innovative approaches and fresh technical ideas
• Collaborating with international teams of business analysts and test managers to solve technical challenges
What we're looking for
• Degree in Computer Science, Insurance, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
• Extensive experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a specific focus on data processing
• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems and a holistic view of software engineering
• Professional fluency in both German and English with the ability to present results effectively
