The Role
• Develop scalable software components using C#, .NET, and Java (ideally Java 21).
• Translate business requirements into maintainable, testable code solutions.
• Contribute to generative AI solutions and integration layers (APIs, data pipelines).
• Collaborate within an agile team and mentor junior developers.
• Identify system-wide performance, security, and maintainability improvements.
What You'll Need
• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Java (ideally Java 21), and databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle DB).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and web technologies is required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with or interest in input management solutions (e.g., SmartFix, Paradatec AIDA/Prokey, OpenText Capture) is a plus.
• Very good English language skills and good German language skills are beneficial.
