The Role
• Ensure product incoming quality and proactively develop suppliers from a Quality Management perspective.
• Conduct supplier and component risk assessments in collaboration with Supplier Quality Specialists.
• Moderate feasibility analyses within cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate supplier QM methods (Ishikawa, FMEA, Kaizen) for completeness and identify potential issues.
• Plan, execute, and document goods acceptance inspections at supplier sites.
• Define, monitor, and drive the implementation of quality measures to reduce recurring complaints.
What You'll Need
• Completed technical degree or technician qualification with relevant professional experience and additional QM Manager qualification.
• Profound knowledge of manufacturing techniques and QM methods (FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D, Kaizen).
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Experience with CAQ systems (Babtec), Confluence, and SAP/R3 is advantageous.
• A structured, independent, and proactive work approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills; French is desirable.
