The Role
• Standardize process planning and equipment procurement, including specifications, inquiries, sourcing, and approvals.
• Develop processes for equipment planning and commissioning for national and international projects.
• Ensure project adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Provide technical management for process development, planning, procurement, and commissioning globally during project ramp-up phases.
• Drive internal process development, implement optimizations, and monitor market trends.
• Plan and develop plant and fixtures, including preliminary concept development.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master Craftsman, Technician, Technical Business Administrator, or equivalent.
• Proven experience within the automotive industry, specifically with plastics processing engineering and tooling/plant technology.
• Experience in project and quality management, with business administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and structured work approach, with fluent German and English language skills.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
