Program & Process Management Engineer | Hybrid

The Role
• Develop and continuously optimize primary and schedule planning for series production, maintaining customer orders in SAP.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation level for customers regarding operational deviations.
• Ensure efficient, economical, and smooth planning processes.
• Collaborate closely with relevant internal departments.
• Oversee adherence to contractually agreed buffers and delivery reliability, monitoring relevant KPIs.
• Analyze target-actual deviations, define KPIs, and support forecasting activities.
What You'll Need
• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or Business Administration, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications.
• Experience in program and process management, along with customer interaction.
• Ideally, some exposure or professional experience in the aerospace sector.
• Quick comprehension, flexible working style, and resilience under pressure.
• Clear, solution-oriented communication and a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
