Senior Software Engineer - Software Test Developer (f/m/d)
An innovative organisation in the clinical diagnostics space is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Software Test Developer (f/m/d). This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and robustness of software within the R&D department. You will work as part of a specialized engineering team in Munich to drive technical excellence in software testing and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
• Develop and maintain production-grade test infrastructure and frameworks using C# and SOLID principles.
• Contribute to software design, implementation, and code reviews to improve product testability and robustness.
• Strengthen CI/CD quality gates by evolving automation frameworks and managing simulations, stubs, and mocks.
• Identify design risks and edge cases across reliability, maintainability, and observability during the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to drive pragmatic changes in product code and interfaces.
What we're looking for
• Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on C# and .NET technologies.
• Proven expertise in building and architecting maintainable automated testing frameworks and utilities.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and unit/integration testing methodologies.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and improving automated feedback loops.
• Professional proficiency in English and the legal authorization to work in Germany.
