About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Full Stack (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Bad Iburg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive software solutions that span the entire technology stack—from backend APIs to engaging user interfaces. Your work will directly impact the functionality and usability of our enterprise applications across various platforms, including web, desktop, mobile, and embedded systems.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in developing large-scale, scalable applications across multiple platforms. You should have a solid understanding of cloud-native environments and distributed systems, particularly on the Microsoft Azure platform. Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies, along with relevant web frameworks, is essential. Familiarity with our technology stack, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#/.NET, Angular, Ext JS, and ASP.NET Core, is highly desirable.
Additional advantageous skills include experience with XAML and Avalonia UI, developing applications for embedded systems with limited resources, and knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills, team collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and innovation are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and frontend interfaces for enterprise applications across web, desktop, mobile, and embedded platforms.
- Create, maintain, and optimize APIs, business logic, and integrations with external messaging and storage systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Maintain high standards of architecture quality, ensuring performance, reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions.
- Work collaboratively within agile teams to address complex technical challenges, delivering practical and well-structured solutions.
- Participate actively in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo sessions to promote continuous improvement and transparency.
