The Role
- Develop and enhance Lexware Office as a Senior Full Stack Developer within an agile, self-organized, cross-functional team.
- Actively shape the expansion and improvement of the codebase to meet growing business demands.
- Collaborate with your team to make technical and functional decisions, contributing constructively to discussions.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles, maintaining open communication with colleagues.
- Continuously learn and apply new knowledge to current and future tasks.
- Contribute directly to the success of Lexware Office while participating in a larger tech community focused on continuous infrastructure development.
What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React development, with a passion for both backend and frontend.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, AWS, Gradle, NX, and Terraform.
- Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development, structured work ethic, and ability to delve into complex domains.
- Reliable and committed approach to implementing new features, considering technical requirements and team decisions.
- Passion for agile software development (Scrum), adaptability to iterative processes, and a commitment to teamwork and proactive communication.
- Excellent German language skills (C2 level minimum) as German is the team's working language.
