The Role
- Oversee software development and ensure smooth operation of cloud-based systems
- Implement new features reliably, participating in architectural decisions and driving their execution
- Proactively address problems and obstacles, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to shape the product
- Engage in structured communication with support colleagues to efficiently assist customers
- Contribute to a mission to revolutionise digital collaboration between businesses and tax consultancies
What You'll Need
- At least five years of professional experience in software development
- Strong command of Java/SpringBoot and TypeScript, with enthusiasm for both backend and frontend development
- Experience with microservice architecture is essential
- Familiarity with React, Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL is a plus
- Interest in exploring new possibilities with AI and utilising AI tools in development
- Experience working in agile teams, with a team-oriented mindset and openness to continuous development
- Excellent German language skills (at least C2) are a must
