The Role
• Develop and continuously optimize primary and deadline planning for series production, managing customer orders in SAP.
• Act as the central point of contact and escalation for operational deviations, performing crucial customer relationship management.
• Ensure efficient, economical, and smooth planning processes, coordinating closely with relevant departments, particularly secondary planning.
• Take responsibility for meeting contractual buffer and delivery timelines, actively monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze plan-vs-actual deviations, define relevant KPIs, and support forecasting activities.
What You'll Need
• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or Business Administration, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with relevant further qualifications.
• Proven experience in program and process management, coupled with a strong track record in customer interaction.
• Ideally, some experience or exposure to the aerospace or automotive sectors.
• A quick learner with a flexible and resilient work ethic, capable of handling demanding situations.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, solution-oriented approach and a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with fluent German and English language skills.
