The Role
• Install, configure, and manage cloud-based deployments of a leading employer in this sector products, ensuring secure and professional delivery of managed services.
• Perform application administration and support for GxP applications and systems in a regulated environment, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Automate IT operations and provide technical support through efficient case handling and documentation.
• Administer and support GxP applications and systems, including validation and periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant managed services.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a system administrator or DevOps role supporting IT applications and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems, with hands-on experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Proven ability to manage remote installations, support, and system verification within cross-regional teams.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
