The Role
- Contribute to an agile, cross-functional team as a Senior Full Stack Developer
- Expand and improve the codebase for cloud-based applications
- Actively participate in team discussions and decision-making for solution finding
- Independently find and implement robust technical solutions for new features
- Address problems and obstacles proactively through direct communication
- Continuously learn new technologies and apply this knowledge to tasks
What You'll Need
- Several years of experience in developing cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge of microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs
- Excellent proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (especially React) and/or AWS is a plus
- Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development and structured work
- Ability to delve into complex technical domains and deliver reliable solutions
- A customer-centric approach to making payroll an excellent experience
- Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and a collaborative mindset
- Very good German language skills (at least C2)
