The Role
• Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe-Cobol and DB2 stored procedures.
• Learn and support various custom frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and application code.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure successful implementation of project requirements.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration plans.
What You'll Need
• A degree in business, computer science, insurance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, and SQL.
• Proficiency with Endeavor and Quick3270, DB modeling, and mainframe programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide business support.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
