The Role
- Design sophisticated cloud architectures and take responsibility for developing sustainable solutions within interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with developers and operators to ensure appropriate automation and seamless, auditable deployments and rollouts.
- Utilise Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management tools, and reusable deployment patterns.
- Enable reliable, secure, and cost-efficient operation of software solutions using observability tools, hardening measures, and cost/resource management.
- Stay updated on developments in DevOps and Cloud Engineering, fostering advancement initiatives by sharing knowledge within teams and communities.
- Support technical sales with your expert knowledge.
What You'll Need
- A degree in computer science or a comparable educational background.
- Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level) for clear and confident communication.
- Proven practical experience in cloud DevOps, familiarity with various ecosystem technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Gitlab).
- Strong commitment to quality and practical development experience in software projects.
- Deep understanding of software architectures, security, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, StackIT) certifications are advantageous.
