The Role
• Develop and optimize production planning, managing customer orders in SAP.
• Serve as the main customer contact for operational issues and manage client relationships.
• Ensure efficient, economical, and seamless planning processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including secondary planning.
• Monitor and manage contractually agreed buffers and delivery reliability using KPIs.
• Analyze performance deviations, define KPIs, and support forecasting.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in program and process management, with a strong background in customer interaction.
• Familiarity or experience within the aerospace sector is advantageous.
• Ability to comprehend quickly, adapt to changing needs, and perform under pressure.
• Strong, solution-oriented communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in German and English.
