About The Role
Reflact AG is seeking a creative and technically skilled Media & Web Developer specializing in Digital Learning and AI to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative digital learning projects, focusing on media production, web development, and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies. The position is available immediately, with options for full-time or part-time engagement (minimum 20 hours per week), and offers the flexibility of working remotely up to 60%. After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will play a vital role in enhancing our multimedia content, developing web interfaces for AI-driven learning tools, and pioneering new digital formats for education and training.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification, such as a media designer, IT specialist (application development), or an equivalent background. Motivated career changers with appropriate skills are also encouraged to apply. A minimum of two years’ professional experience in media production, e-learning, or web development is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications is required, alongside fundamental knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. An interest in artificial intelligence tools and their creative or technical application is highly desirable, with some experience in this area being advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level) are necessary, along with a high degree of curiosity, initiative, responsibility, adaptability, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
As a Media & Web Developer at reflact AG, your core responsibilities will include:
- Editing, cutting, and optimizing videos, utilizing modern AI tools to enhance content quality and engagement.
- Designing and producing educational videos and online training modules efficiently and creatively.
- Further developing web frontends related to our AI-powered learning bots, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Continuously improving existing content and applications by integrating new technologies and best practices.
- Contributing innovative ideas for new learning formats and digital applications, and executing these concepts effectively.
