About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Engineer (d/m/w) to join our Data Analytics Team in Freiburg. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our central data platform, which serves as the foundation for all data analytics use cases across the organization. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and stakeholder communication. You should have proven experience in moderating requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and working within agile teams. Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) are essential for effective collaboration across departments. You should demonstrate proactive, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to grasp complex technical and business concepts quickly.
Technical proficiency in DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring is required. You should have extensive experience with data modeling, cloud platforms like AWS, and programming languages including SQL, TypeScript, and Python. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, MLOps, and Big Data technologies such as Hadoop is advantageous but not mandatory. A solid understanding of security, compliance, and data governance standards is also essential for this role.
