An innovative organisation in the high-end software engineering space is looking for a DevOps and Cloud Engineer. You will join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to designing modern, secure, and reliable cloud solutions for complex digitalisation projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing individual cloud architectures for high-quality and sustainable software solutions in collaboration with customers.
- Ensuring appropriate automation and smooth, auditable deployments using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
- Maintaining reliable and cost-efficient operations through observability tools, security hardening, and resource management.
- Staying current with DevOps developments and sharing knowledge within internal communities of practice and at conferences.
- Supporting technical sales initiatives with deep subject matter expertise in cloud technologies.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science or a comparable educational background with practical experience in cloud ecosystems.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and GitLab.
- A strong understanding of software architecture, security, observability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level) for clear communication with partners and teams.
- Legally authorized to work in Germany and a passion for DevOps culture and continuous professional development.
