Software Engineer | Hybrid

The Role
• Design, develop, and implement high-performance software systems to support insurance sales through various channels.
• Contribute to the architectural design of digital solutions, including microservices and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure software quality by identifying vulnerabilities, defects, and optimization opportunities.
• Drive technological advancements by experimenting with new approaches and introducing fresh ideas.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, test managers, and stakeholders in an international team.
What You'll Need
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Insurance) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with engineering concepts like test automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid technical skills in C#, .NET 8, API development (WCF/REST), SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular/React/NodeJS), Secure Programming, and cloud technologies (containerization, Azure).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English for effective international collaboration.
