Process & Equipment Planning Engineer
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Standardize process planning and equipment procurement, including specifications, inquiries, sourcing, and purchase order approvals.
• Develop processes for the planning and commissioning of equipment for national and international projects.
• Ensure project adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Support global project ramp-up phases, technically managing process development, procurement, and commissioning across multiple sites.
• Monitor market trends, drive internal process development, and implement optimization measures.
• Plan and develop plant concepts and fixtures.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and implement continuous improvement processes.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of tooling and plant technology in plastics processing.
• Familiarity with plastics processing engineering.
• Experience in project and quality management.
• Business administration knowledge.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
