Junior Project Manager | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Provide technical and commercial management for commercial and industrial properties, including budget planning and reporting.
• Lead and guide a team of caretakers and facility technicians.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contracts and ensuring satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Support the creation of proposals and processing of orders.
• Manage and organize modernization and other technical projects.
What You'll Need
• Completed degree in Facility Management or a technical vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, heating technology, building services).
• Relevant professional experience in facility management or property administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of initiative, structured and economic thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in personnel management and leadership of technical teams.
