About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our innovative team at eRecht24 GmbH & Co. KG. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our web applications by leading the development and enhancement of our frontend architecture based on React. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless user experiences, optimizing performance, and ensuring maintainability of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers and product managers to deliver high-quality features that meet our strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence technical decisions, implement complex features, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our software solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous data handling
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Knowledge of frontend build tools and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, and maintaining high code quality
- Knowledge of backend technologies, especially Laravel, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer Frontend-Architektur auf Basis von React
- Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Features mit Fokus auf User Experience, Performance und Wartbarkeit
- Integration von REST-APIs sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Laravel-Backend-Entwicklung bei der Gestaltung von Schnittstellen
- Durchführung von Code Reviews sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Code-Qualität im Team
- Technische Mitgestaltung und Bewertung von Architekturentscheidungen (z. B. State Management, Komponentenstruktur, Testing-Strategien)
- Aktiver Abbau technischer Schulden und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Systeme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Backend-Entwicklung zur gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform
- Übernahme von technischer Verantwortung über den eigenen Code hinaus (z. B. durch Wissensaustausch und Unterstützung im Team)
