The Role
• Analyze, develop, and continuously improve production processes
• Enhance existing production machines and automation processes
• Coach teams on problem-solving and process improvements, creating standards to eliminate issues
• Maintain and create new strategies to improve process reliability
• Take on personnel responsibility for line teams
• Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects, including development and implementation of production machinery
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Process Engineering) or a science discipline with strong technical interest
• Very strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Initiative, flexibility, and strong coordination abilities
• Very good German (minimum B2, ideally fluent or native) and solid English language skills
• Internships and/or a stay abroad are a plus
