Backend Developer | Hybrid

The Role
• Develop impactful software as an active part of an agile full-stack team, continuously optimizing products to significantly improve daily care routines.
• Ensure excellence as a standard, maintaining and refining software with high code quality on every commit.
• Set your own focus, specializing in areas that excite you such as billing, workforce planning, or digital care documentation.
• Actively shape architectures, questioning existing processes and making forward-looking architectural decisions with colleagues.
• Innovate with a modern tech-stack including .NET 8, GraphQL, AWS, and Docker within a DDD structure.
What You'll Need
• Strong experience in backend development, specifically with C#/.NET.
• Commitment to quality, with Clean Coding, SOLID principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) as standard practice, ensuring robust unit and integration tests.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework, and experience developing modern APIs (ideally with GraphQL).
• An architectural mindset, with a feel for software architecture and optional know-how in DDD or an iSAQB certification.
• An agile team player who enjoys collaboration, actively drives processes, and is continuously keen to learn.
