The Role
• Lead an international team of developers, QA engineers, and Scrum Masters through agile development processes, ensuring the adoption of modern cloud and AI technologies.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development, defining recruitment standards and fostering expertise in frontend, DevOps, cloud, and AI.
• Scale agile processes within the department, structuring teams for independent delivery and integrating international colleagues into a unified cloud and DevOps framework.
• Coordinate and implement technical requirements in a modern cloud environment, including CI/CD, monitoring, and security, collaborating with other departments for seamless integration.
• Conceptualize and prepare executive decisions for technical implementations, leveraging secure cloud services and AI-driven methods.
What You'll Need
• A relevant degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience leading Scrum development teams and managing international teams in a DevOps and cloud environment.
• Demonstrable experience in desktop and web development (frontend, backend, or full-stack), ideally with responsive UI, modern frameworks, and cloud service integration.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go), DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, IaC), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
