About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Lead to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our software development initiatives, particularly focusing on backend services and digital solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing and promoting agile methodologies within the development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable digital services. You will play a key role in defining technical standards, developing modular backend interfaces, and implementing modern DevOps practices to streamline our development and deployment processes. Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in backend systems and API development.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing agile practices in a team environment.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, modular, and reusable digital services.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and related practices.
- Knowledge of coding standards, best practices, and adherence to IT security policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster team growth and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
