Apprentice Operations

Role Summary

Flowserve is offering 3 year apprenticeships. These young students will participate in a program to become a conventional lathe operator/miller, mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic - specializing in lathe systems for Flowserve pump products.

The apprentice will work 4 days a week (day shift) on site in Itzehoe and spend 1 day a week at a local community college for theoretical instruction.

Your tasks

You will work as a machinist in our plant in Itzehoe

You are responsible for handling Flowserve products

You are required to comply with our safety regulations

Your profile

High school diploma, ESA, Realabschluss or higher

Quick comprehension and practical application of knowledge

Open-mindedness, willingness to learn

Practical, hands-on attitude Technical background or interest
