The Role
- Develop and continuously improve Lexware Office cloud products within an agile, self-organised, cross-functional team
- Act as a technical lead, driving the development of specific functional contexts and ensuring the implementation of robust, scalable solutions
- Solve complex, context-specific problems related to payment processing from conception to implementation
- Contribute to system design decisions with a pragmatic and forward-thinking approach
- Mentor and support the development team, fostering knowledge transfer and collaborative working
What You'll Need
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Docker
- Solid practical experience in building, operating, and evolving microservices, along with proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and various testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and lead technical topics effectively
- Experience with modern payment processing, financial transactions, and accounting systems
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design principles and the ability to create technically sound and user-centric solutions
