The Role
- Contribute to the continuous development of Lexware Office within a newly formed, agile, self-organised, and cross-functional team.
- Actively shape the expansion and improvement of the Lexware Cloud codebase to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with your team to make technical and functional decisions, engaging in constructive discussions to achieve sustainable solutions.
- Work autonomously and responsibly, supporting your team in conceptualising and implementing robust technical solutions for new features.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles, either independently or in direct communication with colleagues.
- Contribute to a large tech community, exchanging ideas on overarching topics and continuously developing the technical infrastructure.
What You'll Need
- Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React, with a passion for both backend and frontend development and design.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, AWS, Gradle, NX, and Terraform.
- Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development, a structured approach, and the ability to delve into complex technical domains.
- Reliable and consistent in implementing new features, considering both technical requirements and team decisions.
- Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and comfortable with an iterative approach, valuing teamwork, proactive communication, and responsibility.
- Comfortable using AI to enhance productivity and quality.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C2) as it is the team's working language.
