Senior DevOps Engineer
We're working with a leading provider of digital solutions for professional education and training, known for empowering customers with essential knowledge and skills for optimal performance. They are seeking a talented engineer to join their innovative team.
The Role
- Build and evolve a scalable, secure data platform for current and future data analytics applications
- Design, implement, and operate robust components for data-driven services
- Automate platform administration, including user and authorization management
- Evaluate and implement modern database solutions, tools, and frameworks
- Ensure compliance, security, and stability standards
- Operate, maintain, and develop data pipelines
What You'll Need
- Strong DevOps expertise (Git, CI/CD Pipelines, orchestration, monitoring, Docker)
- Proven experience in creating and lifecycle management of data models
- Experience with cloud compute infrastructures and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS, AWS-CDK)
- Knowledge of SQL, TypeScript, and Python
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) and cross-organizational collaboration
- Strong communication skills in German (C1 or higher) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
