About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cloud System Engineer / IT Administrator specializing in Microsoft 365 and Azure to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting and expanding CENTROTEC SE's global IT infrastructure, focusing on cloud and hybrid environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 platforms, as well as maintaining on-premise systems within our data centers. This position offers flexibility in work location, full-time employment, and an indefinite contract, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization committed to technological excellence and sustainability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant IT qualification such as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or an equivalent degree, complemented by several years of professional experience in system administration. A solid foundation in managing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure cloud infrastructures is essential. Practical knowledge of modern IT security concepts and experience in handling complex IT environments are required. Familiarity with ITIL-based service processes, license management, and project support is also important. Strong analytical skills, structured working methods, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile, remote setup are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Cloud- & Hybrid-Infrastruktur: Manage and develop our global IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, while maintaining on-premise systems including Windows Server and clients.
- Architektur & Projekte: Design scalable and secure cloud solutions, support digital transformation projects, and ensure infrastructure and security requirements are met.
- Prozesse & Security: Optimize internal ITIL and IAM processes, monitor cloud trends, and implement measures to enhance IT security and data protection.
- Lizenz- & Partnermanagement: Oversee external IT service providers and manage software licenses procurement and administration.
- Support & Dokumentation: Handle IT service requests via the ticket system, create detailed documentation, and facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
