The Role
- Develop and continuously improve a comprehensive office software suite within an agile, self-organized, and cross-functional team.
- Actively contribute to the expansion and enhancement of the codebase to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with the team on technical and functional decisions, contributing constructively to discussions for sustainable solutions.
- Independently and responsibly support the team in conceptualizing and implementing robust technical solutions for new features.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles, maintaining open communication within the team.
- Continuously learn new technologies and apply knowledge to current and future tasks.
- Contribute directly to the success of the software while being part of a larger tech community.
What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React, with a passion for both backend and frontend development.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS, Gradle, NX, and Terraform.
- Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development and a structured approach to complex domain challenges.
- Ability to reliably implement new features, considering technical requirements and team decisions.
- Strong commitment to agile software development (Scrum), teamwork, proactive communication, and taking ownership.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C2) as German is the team language.
