The Role
- Develop and continuously improve Lexware Office as a Senior Full Stack Developer in a newly formed, agile, self-organised, and cross-functional team.
- Actively contribute to the expansion and enhancement of the Cloud Codebase, ensuring it meets growing business requirements.
- Collaborate with your team on technical and functional decisions, contributing constructively and critically to discussions for consensual and sustainable solutions.
- Work independently and responsibly, supporting your team in conceiving and implementing robust and realistic technical solutions for new features.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles, either independently or in direct communication with colleagues, valuing open communication and short decision paths.
- Integrate and apply new knowledge in current and future tasks, directly contributing to the success of Lexware Office.
- Participate in a large tech community, exchanging ideas on overarching topics and continuously developing the technical infrastructure.
What You'll Need
- Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React, with a passion for both backend and frontend development and conception.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, AWS, Gradle, NX, and Terraform.
- Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development, a structured approach, and the ability to delve into complex technical domains.
- Reliable and committed in implementing new features, considering both technical requirements and team decisions.
- Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and adaptability to an iterative approach; valuing teamwork, constructive communication, and taking responsibility.
- Comfort with using AI to enhance productivity and quality.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C2) are essential, as it is the team's working language.
