Your Tasks
- You design and develop IT solutions with a focus on microservice and private cloud architectures
- You take ownership across the full software development lifecycle – from analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, and documentation
- You apply test-driven development and drive automation of functional, integration, and regression tests
- You ensure compliance with governance and security requirements
- You actively contribute to build and deployment processes and continuously improve them
- You collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external service providers
- You contribute to software quality through best practices and quality assurance measures
- You analyze incidents and problems and deliver sustainable solutions
Your Profile
- Degree in a STEM field, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of Java and common frameworks such as Spring (Boot) and Hibernate
- Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication protocols (e.g. REST/HTTP, Kafka)
- Confident with build tools, version control systems, and CI/CD processes, ideally in an Azure environment
- Hands-on experience in test automation (implementation and operation)
- Experience working in agile environments, e.g. Scrum
- Structured, goal-oriented, and solution-driven working style
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- High willingness to learn and develop further
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
