You will work within product and domain teams to build AI-driven features, focusing on RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and multi-step agentic workflows. This role is instrumental in developing an AI platform that accelerates software engineering productivity and scales intelligent developer workflows.
What you'll be doing
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrievers, and indexing workflows.
• Integrate knowledge graphs to provide structured context for AI agents.
• Implement agentic multi-step workflows using orchestration logic and tooling.
• Develop prompting strategies and context preparation for product requirements.
• Conduct performance tuning, benchmarking, and cost optimization for AI patterns.
What we're looking for
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, or vector stores.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into scalable product functionality.
• High affinity for data-driven systems, search logic, and context architectures.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with a collaborative mindset.
