The Role
- Ensure product quality and accompany software development projects within an agile team
- Drive the creation and execution of automated software tests and introduce innovative test strategies
- Create test concepts and test cases based on comprehensive specifications
- Reproduce, track, and document software defects for various products from the telematics infrastructure
- Develop test scripts on a Java-based test workbench and using Cucumber for Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Responsible for the quality of applications and system interfaces, collaborating closely with development teams in a CI/CD environment
What You'll Need
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in IT (e.g., computer science, software engineering), or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of testing experience in software and infrastructure components, with a focus on Cucumber and CI/CD processes
- Profound knowledge of working with Linux; knowledge of PKI is desirable
- Very good German language skills
- Independent working style, leadership skills, and quick comprehension
