The Role
- Administer and enhance central IT systems, including version control, updates, and cross-system compatibility
- Analyze and optimize company-wide IT-supported processes, identifying weaknesses, developing solutions, and implementing them with internal and external developers
- Act as a liaison between users and IT specialists, translating functional requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Develop and implement IT solutions with internal and external developers, from concept to deployment, including integrating intelligent AI tools via APIs
- Provide support for database evaluations, new IT application rollouts, and troubleshooting operational issues
What You'll Need
- Completed Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Practical experience in IT-related roles such as IT administration, process optimization, or application support
- Solid understanding of software functionality with knowledge of common programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, SQL, PHP)
- Practical experience with AI prompting, building AI agents, or API integration of AI applications, or strong self-taught proficiency
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Ability to communicate complex technical and functional information clearly to diverse audiences
