In the Center of Excellence Talent Management & Development, we are currently looking for a "Lead Training & Development (m/f/d)".
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Develop and execute a global Training & Development strategy aligned with business priorities
Establish and lead a central function for leadership and non-technical employee development
Build, lead, and inspire the global Training & Development team while strengthening an international training network
Define and implement standards, learning frameworks, and governance models to ensure high-quality and consistent development offerings
Conduct needs analyses and translate business requirements into structured learning concepts, training programs, and development paths
Harmonize and standardize training formats across the organization and continuously evolve the learning portfolio
Drive and deliver key training and development initiatives and projects
Oversee training operations and ensure effective delivery in close collaboration with local teams and external partners
What we are looking for:
Masters’ degree in HR, business, education, psychology or organizational development
Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) and profound experience in strategic training and development as well as general, operational HR management functions both from a central and decentral perspective
Ability to analyze organizational needs and align learning strategies with overall business objectives; ability to reflect business needs from multiple perspectives and to derive suitable solutions for different stakeholders
High proficiency with Workday Learning Management System, e-learning tools and conceptional skills; innovative mindset and knowledge about new technologies and trends
Very strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, mentoring and presentation skills
Fluent German and English skills both in written and spoken
