The Role
- Develop and maintain applications in an agile environment, focusing on composite applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand and translate technical requirements into user stories.
- Coordinate with specialist departments for optimal implementation of requirements.
- Continuously improve agile processes and methodologies within the team and projects.
What You'll Need
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- In-depth experience in Java development, especially with Java and Jakarta EE.
- Familiarity with modern technologies and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and Selenium.
- Practical experience with agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence for daily work.
- High reliability, strong communication skills, and team orientation.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
