A global, medium-sized company with over 130 years of dental expertise is seeking an Application Developer. This leading specialist in innovative implantology and prosthetics solutions, and a pioneer in CAD/CAM technology and dental 3D printing, is committed to the well-being of patients worldwide.
The Role
- Develop geometric algorithms (2D/3D), including analysis, design, and implementation for complex geometric problems
- Process and analyze 3D-Mesh data, including modification and optimization of large datasets
- Integrate mathematical models into efficient, maintainable C# / C++ code with debugging and performance optimization
- Contribute to the new conception and further development of software solutions
What You'll Need
- Profound knowledge of algorithms for polygon operations, mesh manipulation, and geometric analysis
- Deep understanding of meshes, topology, normals, spatial relations, and surface structures
- Proficiency with vectors, matrices, transformations, quaternions, and numerical stability
- Strong skills in object-oriented programming, preferably C++ and C#
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into stable, efficient algorithms and systematically analyze errors
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
