Good Tech Company with Room for Leadership Improvement
Working at Commit has been a solid experience, particularly in their tech and software development sector in Israel. There's a good team environment, and I've learned a lot. Leadership could be more transparent about strategic decisions, but overall, it's a stable place for growth.
The engineering team here is fantastic, really collaborative and smart people to work with. I've had opportunities to learn new technologies and contribute to interesting projects within the software development lifecycle. The company culture is generally positive and supportive, and the work flexibility is a big plus for managing personal life.
While the day-to-day is great, sometimes communication from senior leadership regarding long-term company direction can feel a bit vague. This can make it hard to align individual goals with the broader strategy. More clarity on strategic priorities would be beneficial.
Keep fostering the strong team culture and the opportunities for technical skill development. More direct and frequent communication about company vision and strategic shifts would empower employees and help align efforts more effectively across the board.
