CCL SEA was set up as a joint venture Company with China Container Lines Ltd with head quarters in Shanghai (holding 50% shares) with two Malaysian individuals. Since November 2014 the Company became 100% Malaysian owned entity. The Company was formed to carry out freight forwarding and related services.
