Rectifier Technologies's core business is design and manufacture of DC Energy systems using switch mode rectifier designs and related electronic components. The businesses of the group operate through the subsidiary companies of Rectifier Technologies Pacific Pty Ltd (RTP), Protran Technologies Pty Ltd (Protran) and Rectifier Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. All businesses operate in the manufacturing segment. Rectifier Technologies products are required in all types of telecommunication and communication equipment including traditional telephone switches and newer optical technology switches, radio base stations, large stations for digital carriers, microwave transceiver stations, digital subscriber lines and other applications for both indoor and outdoor telecommunications network equipment.
