Insas Berhad (Co No 4081-M) is the investment holding and management company for the Insas Group.

The Company was incorporated in the Federation of Malaya under the Companies Ordinance 1940-1946 as a private limited company under the original name of Paper Products (Malaya) Ltd on 27 January 1961. The Company was converted to a public company on 24 June 1968 and assumed the name of Paper Products (Malaya) Berhad. On 22 October 1987, the Company assumed its present name, Insas Berhad. The shares of the Company were listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) on 23 June 1969.

The Group's principal businesses include technology, property investment holdings, structured finance, corporate advisory & stock broking, investment holding & trading, car rental & logistics, retailer of high fashion products and operators of F&B outlets.
