WorldMart Properties are active in all types of real estate agency business practices and this is our core business with authority to practice by the Board of  Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.

We provide a full range of real estate services including handling sale, purchase and letting of all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties.  To locate, identify and advise on property investment opportunities to ensure our customer receive the best deals possible. For the reason we have a well-organized recruitment policy to train and educate our negotiators to assist our customers, to make strategic and informed decision.

In term of well-managing the organization of WorldMart Properties, we have categorized our negotiators into two divisions which are so called Sub-Sales and Project Divisions.  With the existing of two divisions, we can ensure our clients to receive our prompt services and the WorldMart Properties will definitely grow faster, bigger and steadily.
