ii) Telecommunications Infrastructure & Network Services Group is a leading provider of comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure solutions for the mobile telecommunications industry.

iii) Information Technology Group is involved in Marketing and Value-Added Distribution of leading enterprise network and data security products and services, comprising mainly management, protection, cryptography, integrity and confidentiality of information. The Group focused on software and hardware distribution, with the vision to provide high level consulting and advance implementation services to the most complex IT environment.
