Solid Security, Slow Pace

Pros: Job security here is pretty good for Project Coordinator roles. I haven't really worried about layoffs in the two years I've been here. It's a stable mid-sized corporate environment in Kuala Lumpur.
Cons: While it's secure, career growth can feel a bit slow. You don't see a lot of quick promotions or big jumps. The pay isn't always super competitive either for the Malaysian corporate scene.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer pathways for career advancement. Investing in employee development programs would also help keep people engaged and motivated. Show more
