Now the company is under the dynamic leadership of Dato’ Hwang Thean Long as the Managing Director. With Dato’ Hwang Thean Long leading the organization, the company was then transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in year 2005.Group’s core business segment comprises a massive retail chain; beginning back to 1961 when it opened its first neighbourhood general merchant in Air Itam. Since then, we have grown in leaps and bounds to the conglomerate it is today. We have expanded to include Sunshine Square, a pioneer departmental store and supermarket in Bayan Baru, Sunshine Farlim Shopping Mall, Sunshine Lip Sin and Sunshine Bertam Shopping Mall.
