Company Overview
The history of Sing Foong Niap Group can be traced back to the early 70s when it started as a construction company providing repair and civil construction work to its main customer, Muda Paper Mill Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Muda Holdings Berhad which is listed on the KLSE Main Board.
From a small time repair & construction services company, Sing Foong Niap went on to become a full fledge civil and structural construction business enterprise, with the capability to undertake multi million civil and structural construction works, specializing in the construction of factories, warehouses, boiler house, combined heat and power plants, drainage and effluent treatment plants.
From the year 2000, SFN embarked on construction of housing projects. Some of the projects undertaken are Taman Bakap Indah in Penang (RM36 million), Seri Aman Heights in Sg Buloh consisting of 2 and 3-storey Semi-Detached (RM 27.4 million) and Nadayu 92, Kajang consisting of 3 and 2½ storey terrace houses (RM17.5 million).
SFN also engages in corporate social responsibility projects such as a RM10 million orphanage building in Sepang owned by Calvaryland, religious places of worship, improving road conditions in rural areas, etc.
